Habitat
The stingray lives in the warmer tropical waters around the world, mostly in the slightly deeper waters rather than the
shallows. When the weather begins to cool, the stingray will go deeper into the ocean.

wings.
Description
The stingray's coloring matches the seafloor, camouflaging it from predators. Their flat bodies are made up of pectoral fins joined to their head and body with a long tail trailing behind. The stingray's eyes are on its top side and its mouth, nostrils, and gill slits are on its underbelly.
Enemies
The stingray has few natural predators because it is so large. Stingrays are also able to use their flat body shape to help them by resting on the sea floor and hiding from predators, as well as keeping an eye out for prey. The main predators of the stingrays are sharks, seals, sea lions and large species of fish along with humans.
